Replacing Defender 110 anti roll bar bushes

My Defender failed an MOT due to the anti-roll bar bushes having play. The anti-roll bar has not been in perfect alignment since I fitted it six years prior. The replacement was quite quick, as I just needed to disconnect the bar from the ball joint links.

I adjusted the bar a bit by wire brushing out the axle brackets that wasn't allowing one ball joint so sit as far in as it should. The new bushes I used were Superpro polyurethane (SPF0078K), as I thought they would give some more durability. I replaced both sets of bushes even though it was only one side that had failed the MOT - it's the only proper way to do it. Time will tell how the new bushes hold up.
